Search⌘KChannel access and encryption
A channel has its own access, embedding and encryption — the settings of the videos inside it do not apply.
On this page

Access
The Access block controls who can open the channel page: open to everyone, with a password, or with a private link. By default it follows the account settings (Inherit from account). The channel's access policy also applies to its direct links.
Embedding
Choose where the channel player can appear on other sites: anywhere, nowhere, or only on the domains you list — the same as for videos.
Encryption
In the Channel encryption block, the channel uses its own key; encryption settings of individual videos are ignored. Segments are encrypted on the fly as they are delivered, so one channel can mix encrypted and unencrypted videos — the whole stream uses a single key. You can change the method only while the channel is switched off. For details on the methods, see Encryption.
