Search⌘KBackground video files
A background video is made of three files: the main file, the phone file and the poster.

Main file main.mp4 | the clip in the quality you chose |
Phone file mobile.mp4 | a light 480p version |
Poster poster.jpg | the first frame, shown until the video starts |
Storage is counted across all your files together; see the total on the Resource Usage page.
Delete the phone file
On the Actions tab, click Delete phone file: phones start getting the main file. The only way to bring the phone file back is to rebuild the clip.
