Resumes after a drop
Files upload in parts, three at a time. Closed the tab or lost the network? Pick the same file and the upload carries on where it stopped.

mp4, mov, mkv, webm and avi. File size up to 5 GB on Starter, 20 GB on Pro and 30 GB on Business.
Quality ladder
240p, 480p, 720p and 1080p — the player switches quality to match the viewer’s connection. Up to 720p on Starter, up to 1080p on Pro and Business.
Watch right away
The video opens as soon as the first rendition is ready. Progress of the others is shown per rendition.
No ads
Viewers see only your video — no one else’s clips before or after.
Pay only for the renditions you need.
Each rendition is encoded separately, so you can change the ladder of a finished video: encode what’s missing or delete what you don’t need. The cost is shown before you start.
- Encode or re-encode a single rendition — other renditions, audio and subtitles stay untouched.
- Transcoding beyond the minutes included in your plan costs $0.01 per minute per rendition.
- Vertical video stays vertical. A rendition above the source helps the video fit channels of that format.
Keep only what you need.
Storage is billed on the daily peak, so it pays to clean up extra files. dodocast does it for you by your rules.
- Auto-cleanup: delete the original after processing and the intermediate files — for the whole account or per project.
- Download the original via a short-lived link; it comes with a SHA-256 checksum.
- Move videos between projects without uploading them again.
